⏱️ Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, sales periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional orders.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before order dispatch.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan for eligible orders.

You can pay the total amount to the courier rider when your parcel is delivered.

Please make sure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.

After dispatch, a tracking number will be provided. You can use this number to track your parcel through the relevant courier service.

🔄 Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If a parcel is returned because of:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept the parcel

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-shipment.
